To build awareness and maximize attendance, we develop geo-targeted marketing plans designed to reach your audience across many platforms: radio/TV, social media, web, email, print, public relations, media interviews, and calendar listings. We will also identify and help solicit opportunities for sponsorships and cooperative advertising and develop sponsorship packages to support and defray the event promotion program cost.
Promoting Tourism/Destinations: Travel and tourism is a vital industry for many states, cities, and regions – creating economic opportunities in the form of income and employment. We promote the tangibles and intangibles of the “visitor experience” of a destination to increase “heads and beds” (visitors and overnight stays).

Pam Sullivan President/Creative Director
Pam has more than 30 years of experience in creative management and integrated marketing consulting. She is a key marketing strategist for our clients, and a respected and valued marketing partner to non-profits, tourism agencies, economic development organizations, and businesses. She is involved in community outreach activities for our clients and their members and has successfully solicited cooperative marketing opportunities to help them promote their businesses. Pam directs the development and implementation of the firm’s integrated marketing programs, including advertising, public relations, direct mail, web, and social media. Under her leadership, Sullivan Creative has won numerous awards for creative, communications, and design excellence, including the prestigious Direct Marketing Association ECHO Award. Pam is the Chairman of the New Hampshire Travel Council. Pam has taught courses and given workshops on a variety of marketing and design issues. She is a past president and active member of the New England Direct Marketing Association (NEDMA) and in 2006, was named NEDMA’s Direct Marketer of the Year. She has also been named as one of New Hampshire’s top Women Business Owners of the Year by the US Small Business Association.
Carol Fusaro Vice President/Account Manager
Carol has more than 30 years of experience in marketing strategy development, market research, marketing communications, and copywriting/editing for non-profit organizations and product and professional service companies. She has developed and implemented strategies for branding, advertising, public relations, social media, and web programs that incorporate methods for measuring effectiveness and lead generation. She has won several awards for creative excellence from the New England Direct Marketing Association, Society of Marketing Professionals Services, and other regional marketing societies. She has facilitated focus groups and strategic messaging sessions for branding projects many of our clients. As an account manager, she has effectively directed ongoing projects to meet our client budgets and schedules.
Joanne Brunk Senior Art Director/Account Coordinator
Joanne has more than 12 years of experience in graphic design. She has designed a range of print and web ads and printed materials (rack cards, posters, postcards) for our clients. As an account coordinator, she is responsible for overseeing the implementation of our media plans and managing media budgets. Prior to joining Sullivan Creative, she worked for the New Hampshire Local Government Center, designing educational and promotional materials and maintaining the usability, accuracy, and quality of the organization’s website.
