Pamela E. Sullivan
President and Creative Director
Pam founded Sullivan Creative in 1987. Her daily responsibilities as President and Creative Director include the direction and management of Sullivan Creative’s operations and accounts. She is an experienced and highly visible entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in creative management, direct marketing, and design. Under her leadership, Sullivan Creative has won numerous awards for creative and design excellence, including the prestigious Direct Marketing Association ECHO Award.
Pam is actively involved in the direct marketing arena. She has made several presentations and participated in workshops at Direct Marketing Association conferences nationwide. She serves as a judge for the annual DMA Echo Award competition and the John Caples International Marketing Award competition. She is a past president of the New England Direct Marketing Association (NEDMA), and was named NEDMA’s Direct Marketer of the Year in 2006. She has also been nominated as one of New Hampshire’s top Women Business Owners of the Year.
A graduate of the Art Institute of Boston, Pam attended Northeastern University and has also earned a certificate in fundraising from Boston University. She has taught graphic design courses at the Art Institute of Boston, Northeastern University, Boston Center for Adult Education, and the New England School of Art. Pam has served on the boards of many non-profit organizations.
Carol Fusaro
Vice President and Account Manager
Carol has more than 25 years of experience in all aspects of marketing and communications. She has developed and implemented strategies for branding, advertising, Internet and public relations programs, for both start-up and established product and service organizations.
Carol serves as account manager on many of the firm's projects, overseeing project schedules and budgets and providing creative services. She is also a marketing specialist, working on marketing strategy development, market research, and copywriting and editing of collateral, advertising, and direct marketing materials. Her work has won awards for writing and marketing excellence from the New England Direct Marketing Association, the Society of Marketing Professional Services, and the Publicity Club of Boston. She has given seminars on strategic marketing and public relations.
Prior to joining Sullivan Creative, Carol worked on the client side, for engineering and environmental consulting firms, a start-up energy technology company, and an online paper broker. She holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts/Journalism from Northeastern University and done graduate work in Marketing Management at Harvard University.
