Paratransit and Senior Services
Just give us a call, and we’ll pick you up at your door.
If you’re 60 years old or older, or qualify as disabled under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), you can make a reservation with Nashua Transit System’s City Lift bus service to be picked up and dropped off anywhere within ¾ of a mile of one of our fixed-route bus stops.
If necessary, the driver will assist you from your door to the door of your destination. All City Lift vehicles are equipped with lifts.
Limited City Lift service is also available in Merrimack and Hudson.
To register for City Lift services, click on the appropriate button below to download an application form; then fill it out and mail it to us. If you qualify, we will send you a Senior or ADA card and a brochure explaining the service in greater detail.
Senior services are available Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. ADA services are available Monday through Friday, 6:15 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. and Satureday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. To make a reservation, call (603) 880-0100. Senior and ADA fares are $2.00 (higher in Hudson and Merrimack). Authorized Medicaid recipients ride free.
