An integrated direct marketing campaign helped Cognos boost attendance for its annual user conference, Cognos Forum. We worked with the Cognos team to establish a “look and feel” and style guidelines that supported the conference theme. Over a 9-month period, we developed an exhibitor sales kit, audience-specific direct marketing pieces and emails (scheduled for delivery over a 9 month period), registration brochure, and an onsite user guide. Cognos Forum exceeded its goals for attendance.
