We may want to talk to some of your clients and customers to hear what they have to say about you. We listen and ask questions so that we gain a clear understanding of your marketing needs and your strengths.

Plan: We review and evaluate what we’ve learned from you. Applying our marketing knowledge and experience, we propose messages, channels, and media that are targeted to your clients/customers. These marketing and media plans are thoughtfully developed to provide the maximum results for your budget and your timeframe.

Create: This is the fun part, where we engage in a creative iterative discussion. Drawing from our detailed understanding of your clients/customers, we develop copy and design concepts that will appeal to your target audience(s) and motivate them to take action. You give us your feedback and select the best ideas for us to refine, and eventually to implement.

Measure: Everything we do is tied to a response. We incorporate methods for measuring the effectiveness of a campaign, from tracking response rates to landing page hits/click-throughs, to the number of friends and followers on social media. These measures enable us to further tweak our marketing tools for optimum results.
