Carol has more than 30 years of experience in marketing strategy development, market research, marketing communications, and copywriting/editing for non-profit organizations and product and professional service companies. She has developed and implemented strategies for branding, advertising, public relations, social media, and web programs that incorporate methods for measuring effectiveness and lead generation. She has won several awards for creative excellence from the New England Direct Marketing Association, Society of Marketing Professionals Services, and other regional marketing societies. She has facilitated focus groups and strategic messaging sessions for branding projects many of our clients. As an account manager, she has effectively directed ongoing projects to meet our client budgets and schedules.
