Sullivan Creative Selected to Provide Branding, Direct Marketing, Web Development, and Interior Design Services to New and Existing Clients

Newton, MA/Dunbarton, NH–Sullivan Creative is pleased to be working with some longstanding and new clients over the past few months. Here is a brief rundown of some of the firm’s latest projects and the services they are providing to help their clients meet their marketing goals.

Integrated campaign designed to attract students for summer study at Boston University
For more than seven years, Sullivan Creative has provided integrated marketing services to promote Boston University’s Summer Term program. Services include the design and development of Boston University’s Summer Term catalog, advertising, and direct mail materials, all which have consistently helped drive enrollment. The catalog is an important component of Boston University’s campaign to promote enrollment in Summer Term courses. It is used as a fulfillment piece for inquiries from the Summer Term website, advertising, and direct mail programs. The catalog is available at selected campus locations for pick up and is distributed at information sessions.

The 2008 Summer Term catalog is colorful and clearly formatted for easy use. The 140-page program catalog promotes the advantages of spending the summer studying at Boston University and descriptions of featured programs and course descriptions. Bright colors, fun firework graphics, and summertime photos were used throughout the catalog to capture the vitality of Boston University’s campus and the city of Boston.

Sullivan Creative also designed a corresponding poster that was displayed at several locations on campus as a promotional giveaway. We also created an ad and postcard to promote the launch of the Summer Term website and generate inquiries for the program.

New Website for One of the Oldest Craft Organizations in the US
The League of NH Craftsmen, founded in 1932, is one of the oldest craft organizations in the US. Sullivan Creative serves as the League’s marketing and fundraising/ development consultant, providing a comprehensive range of services to create support for and promote the creation and use of fine contemporary and traditional handmade craft. Sullivan Creative recently completed a new design for the League’s website, which went live in early February (www.nhcrafts.org).

This visually attractive and content-rich site includes information about the League, its rich history, educational mission, membership, and regular craft events and exhibitions, including its popular Annual Craftsmen’s Fair. Visitors to the site and members of the League can now make donations, purchase event tickets, DVDs and books about the League’s history, and apply for membership and grants and scholarships online. This added functionality is also helping this non-profit organization reduce its paper use and become a “greener” organization. .

Updating collateral to present a consistent corporate identity
Shortly after updating its corporate style guidelines, Progress Software (Bedford, MA), a leading provider of business application infrastructure software, retained Sullivan Creative to update its key product brochures and case study sheets in time for a major trade show event. For almost a year, Sullivan Creative has been providing design services to support Progress Software’s event and online marketing efforts.

Direct marketing to promote a key customer event
Cognos (Ottawa, Ontario), a world leader in business intelligence (BI) and performance management solutions, retained Sullivan Creative last Fall to provide direct marketing services for its 2008 customer event, Cognos Forum. Sullivan Creative has worked with the Cognos team to establish a design theme and execute an electronic and print direct mail campaign, which began in September and will continue until the event in early May. Sullivan Creative also developed a style guide for the event materials, an exhibitor sales kit, and is working on the conference onsite guide.

Creating an Identity for a New Online Source for Custom Cowboy Boots and Interior Design for a Showroom
Big Trail Ranch.com is a new online portal that will enable individuals to design, view in advance, and purchase their own pair of custom, handmade Lucchese cowboy boots. They retained Sullivan Creative to create a new corporate identity and provide marketing support. Sullivan Creative recently completed the Big Trail Ranch logo, which is evocative of the legendary cowboy and Wild West spirit and the quality of the boots they are providing. Along with the logo, Sullivan Creative also developed a tagline, “Where legends are made” and a style guide, which will be used in the development of the Big Trail Ranch website and all marketing materials. Sullivan Creative also provided interior design services for Big Trail Ranch.com’s design center and showroom located at the Texas Ranger baseball park in Arlington, TX.
