Microdesk is a reseller of Autodesk, the recognized brand of engineering and architecture design and drafting software. They are also an authorized reseller for ESRI GIS software.

We worked with Microdesk wanted to help determine their value proposition to their marketplace. We surveyed clients, prospects, and staff to develop key marketing points and provided recommendations for updating their marketing collateral and implementing a direct marketing campaign that would help them: position themselves as more than just a software reseller; generate leads; and provide a measurable return on investment.
