Sullivan Creative has worked with Androscoggin Valley Chamber of Commerce (AVCC) since 2014. We were hired during a time when many stores had closed on Main Street in Berlin and the paper mills and other manufacturing jobs left the region. At the time, AVCC was part of the NH Grand destination marketing program, where they saw firsthand that tourism could potentially be a gamechanger for the region.
Sullivan Creative developed Androscoggin Valley Chamber of Commerce’s first ever year-round marketing plan in 2014. We have continued to work with AVCC to develop and implement a year-round destination marketing plan and write grants to secure funds to support this plan. The plan showcases seasonal attributes such as their extensive ATV and snowmobile trails and special events such as RiverFire, WingZilla, and Journey To Jericho – ATV Jamboree.
Over the years, Sullivan Creative has continued to expand and optimize AVCC’s Marketing Plan to utilize the latest marketing tools and practices, whether it be video production, website re-designs, paid advertising, or copywriting.
In 2024, we worked with AVCC on a brand refresh, developing a new logo and tagline to modernize the brand. With this new branding, we have designed rack cards, signage, and various paid and unpaid marketing campaigns. This brand refresh also included redesigning the AVCC website utilizing the new look and feel. The goals of this website were to serve both as a resource for travelers as well as a place to showcase Chamber members through a directory, various online forms, and an event calendar.
Every year, AVCC hosts an Annual Dinner, where Sullivan Creative develops a “By the Numbers” Rack Card and promotional presentation to highlight how the Chamber’s marketing initiatives have helped the community and its members throughout the year. Sullivan Creative also assists in branding and signage for the event, building a registration page, sending e-blasts and developing videos and slideshows to be played during the event.
