Expand the brand of “GetNEKedVT” through a robust digital marketing campaign to attract more visitors to the region and strengthen economic development throughout Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom.
In 2022, Sullivan Creative began working on a “GetNEKedVT” digital destination marketing campaign for Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom. Spearheaded by the Northern Forest Center and other regional partners, the goals of this campaign are to attract and educate new and returning visitors, increase economic vitality of the region, and promote local businesses and organizations in the NEK.
Through this contract, we developed a robust marketing plan and made significant website enhancements, including SEO research, to help position “GetNEKedVT” as a go-to resource for information when traveling to the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. As part of the website refresh, Sullivan Creative developed a series of maps to educate visitors on where the Northeast Kingdom is in relevance to the rest of Vermont and New England; this has been a crucial part of the campaign.
Sullivan Creative managers GetNEKedVT’s social media channels, develops and designs monthly e-newsletters, researches and writes content for blogs, and provides graphic design and website assistance. We have also taken seasonal photographs and developed vlogs to promote the region. Monthly dashboards are created to report on the success of the campaign, tracking social media statistics, Google Analytics, and various other marketing efforts.
